When we started Home Pros we didn't realize we would be competing with over 200 other painting and home improvement businesses. As we started getting feedback from our customers they kept repeating the same things--they didn't get phone calls returned; painters wanted money down before the job even started; painters would start a job, leave for a couple of days and then come back; poor quality work; couldn't reach the painter to get him or her back to do any touch ups after paying them. You get the idea.

Our goal quickly became to provide the level of service that someone spending significant dollars on their home deserves. We would back the service with good quality work and products. In order to sustain high standards, we would need price our projects accordingly and educate our customers.

When you call us, the phone call will be answered by either the receptionist or owner. If you email us we have four different people monitoring emails so you will get a quick response .

GREAT WARRANTIES

If you take the price of an exterior paint project and divide it by the length of the warranty you end up with how much per year the project is costing you. So comparing a $5000 paint project divided by 5 years you would end up with a paint project that's costing you $1,000 per year. Same price divided by 2 years costs you $2500 per year. This is one way to compare estimates.

Home Pros offers some of the best warranties in the area. Our standard exterior painting project warranty is 5 years. Interior painting projects receive a 2 year warranty.
