The house is made of a stucco finish at the front and Smartside siding on the sides and back. It was obvious that the front of the home was getting the most sunlight due to the extreme faded color. It is very common to have sections of the house look more faded than others due to the sun’s uv rays. During the assessment there were no noticeable wood rot issues discovered so the project was going to be a simple painting project.

Michael chose Homburg Gray (SW7622) for the main body color. He chose Sealskin (SW7675) for the garage, front doors, and shutters. The trim was painted Gray Cloud (SW7658).

The finished project had the house go from a rather bland, faded look to a vibrant, eye-catching home that had the entire neighborhood inquiring about the colors. The entire project took 3 days, from pressure washing to final touch-ups. From this one project, Home Pros KC ended up completing 2 more projects in the same neighborhood within just a months’ time.
