Our wood rot repairs services are backed by our 2-year transferable hassle-free warranty. As a full service painting company, all our crews are capable of dealing with "most" wood rot issues on the spot. There is no need to deal with multiple contractors when Home Pros can take care of it all at one time.
INTERIOR PAINTING
Our interior painting services are backed by a 2-year transferable hassle-free warranty. We provide common services such as painting walls, ceilings, trim, bathroom vanities, doors, window casings, and much more. We also offer small drywall repairs when done with painting services.
KITCHEN CABINET PAINTING
Our kitchen cabinet services include a 2-year transferable hassle-free warranty. Our standard process includes removing all doors, drawers, hardware, and pull knobs. In most instances we apply the paint with a sprayer to give it a nice smooth like "new" finish.
POPCORN CEILING REMOVAL
Our popcorn ceiling removal services are backed by a 2-year transferable hassle-free warranty. We typically remove the existing popcorn down to the drywall, apply a coat of primer prior to applying the knockdown texture, and finish up with a coat of paint.
WOOD FENCE STAIN AND SEALER
Our wood fence staining services are provided from mid-April thru the end of October. We offer different stain types including transparent, semi-transparent stains, and solid stains. There are over 30 colors to choose from depending on your taste. All our stains receive a free 1 year courtesy visit.
WOOD DECK STAIN AND SEALER
We offer different stain types which include transparent, semi-transparent, and solid stains. There are over 30 colors to choose from depending on your taste and what's currently on the deck. As an extra bonus we offer a 1 year courtesy visit. Our season runs from mid-April thru end of October.
WOOD DECK REPAIRS
If you have a wood deck--you will--need it repaired at some point and possibly replaced. We offer repair only and reconstruction services at prices much less than the big deck companies. In addition we can protect your new deck with our deck staining and sealing services.
WOOD FENCE INSTALLATION AND REPAIRS
If you have a wood fence--it's just a matter of time before it will need repairs or replacement. We offer pine and cedar options to fit your budget. Our typical fences are regular privacy and constructed in different heights--6ft, 5ft, and 4ft.
SEAMLESS GUTTER INSTALLATION
New! We are now installing seamless aluminum gutters. Our gutters are backed with a 5-year limited workmanship warranty (from our company) and 20-year manufacturers warranty for materials. We also offer gutter covers to keep your gutters from clogging (and you from cleaning).
LEAD-SAFE CERTFIFIED FIRM
If your home was built prior to 1978 any work that may disturb the paint requires lead paint safety pre-cautions to be taken by contractor. There are some rules that make exception to this so it is best to deal with a certified contractor. Our company maintains a current certification with the EPA and state of Kansas.
